Forget party politics! The best way to affect change, is to influence parliament, because parliament controls government. It pays for voters to persuade all MPs interested in their topic to do what is wanted. Majority opinion always prevails in parliament. So, it is best to happily deal with MPs from any party, in order to get the broadest support possible. Parliament is ultra-powerful. It controls all government infrastructure, services, policies and laws.


Members of Parliament can’t please 28 million Aussies all the time, but they can please you when you need help. Parliament will mostly do what the people who ask it most persuasively to do. About the Votergram Team

The Votergram team has vast experience in political persuasion, based on 40 years handling almost every conceivable issue in almost every parliament in Australia.  Those who influence democracy are the ones who actively put in the time effort and money to do so, as in all walks of life.  Votergrams make that process easy and inexpensive.

Operations are led by:

Greg Bloomfield, retired FCA, CPA, ACIS, FAICD founded the service in the 1980s. He has run businesses, farms and his Chartered Accountancy practice.

Pat Murray CPA, B.EC, M.Acc has been jointly running Votergrams for 15 years following a career in multinationals.

Both are experienced at empowering voters.

When Greg created the first Votergram, he was seeking to discover whether by contacting all members of parliament, ordinary Australians could influence what was done. Nobody was more surprised than he was, at how easy it was for ordinary everyday Australians to excercise their power and influence through state and federal Members of Parliament. The team will empower you as a voter. Other advocacy organisations tend to empower themselves to speak on your behalf. But they don't have the right to vote in elections, and it is your vote that gives you power.

Why aren't Votergrams free?
Because the service costs a lot of time and money to run, completely independent government funding. Knowing how to make the most of democracy is a valuable skillset.
