Sale of Services

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of services available on our Website.

The following services are available on our Website:

  • Silver Votergram;
  • Gold Votergram;
  • Platinum Votergram.

The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the services that are displayed on our Website at the time you access it. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our services are as accurate as possible. Any time you send a Votergram you will make the final decision about the wording, the parliament to which it goes and the time at which it goes, as it is your message, not ours.

We reserve the right to reject any message that we deem inappropriate, abusive or insulting. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund and promptly advise us if a refund has not been received by you.

When you provide PayPal with your payment information, you authorise PayPal’s use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing PayPal with your payment information, you authorise PayPal to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

Refunds

Refunds for Services

We provide refunds for Votergrams cancelled before the Votergrams have been sent.

Consumer Protection Law

Where the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other Australian consumer protection legislation applies these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under the legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

Limitation of Liability

Votergrams and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Website. You must not include in your Votergram anything that is defamatory or libellous. If in doubt you must first obtain your own legal advice and copy that to us. You alone will bear the consequences of libel or defamation. Polite persistent political persuasion in the privacy of parliament is one of the best ways to influence parliament.

Indemnity

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Website you indemnify and hold harmless Votergrams and our directors, officers, team, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Website or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.
