How can we increase the productivity of our parliaments?

The best way is by using Votergrams to:

Tell every MP what you want done about what you are interested in and explaining why. MPs knowing what is needed by the Australian community is the first step towards government doing it.

Offering good solutions by Votergram if we know of any. Being on the ground in the community we are more likely to know what is needed than the MPs will. Telling the local MP alone is not the way to move parliament, in which that MP is a tiny minority. Telling all MPs by Votergram gets them to  support the local MP when they raise the issue.

Rating achievements

Rating as many MPs monthly on their output, as you can on the Voters.au website gives credit where it is due. Using Votergrams to thank all MPs each time the government does what you want done. This is important.

Continual engagement with parliament by Votergram and rating of MPs by their achievements probably makes your tax dollars go further and is very likely to encourage a significant increase in parliamentary productivity.
